Founded in 1979, Dikita Enterprises, Inc., is an established, successful engineering and consulting firm, providing quality services to both public and private sector clients for over 30 years. The firm operates through two divisions: Dikita Engineering provides civil engineering, planning, program management, and construction management services for mass transit, aviation, roadways & highways, and educational & governmental facilities. Dikita Management Services provides management and planning assistance for transit and public agencies, especially as it relates to transit studies involving data collection, ridership analysis & reporting, service & facility planning, cost modeling, and cost benefit analysis.
