OVERVIEW digiventures bridges underbanked consumers and Financial Institutions (FIs). We believe that digitalization is the main driver for economic development. Thus, we leverage technology, data and analytics to solve consumer’s financial needs by helping FIs to fully digitize their customer acquisition process. WHAT WE DO We focus on the first three stages of the customer life cycle in the Financial Services Industry (Awareness, Onboarding, Activation). Thus we have developed a one-stop-shop platform that has different modules to help the FIs acquire customers online, creating an end-to-end ecosystem in fintech customer acquisition. We partner with the FIs to reduce their CAC, by closely monitoring and managing our sworn enemy: the CPA (cost per acquisition). Our in-house developed platform is a SaaS that leverages AI and a superior UX to allow FIs offer a 100% online and automatized experience to their own customers. SOCIAL IMPACT We pursue financial inclusion and help underserved consumers to gain access to financial services. Our focus is on free financial education (www.findoctor.com.ar), by creating a credit profile for each individual and guiding them on how to improve their financial health. Ultimately we want consumers to achieve their financial goals.
