Founded in 1999, Clinical Support Services, Inc. (CSS) is an industry leader in Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Our team includes experienced clinicians, software developers and operations personnel who develop innovative care and medication management technology used by health plans, pharmacies, self-insured employers, and accountable care organizations (ACOs), among others. At the heart of our business is the web-based MTMPath software, designed by clinicians to drive MTM programs using patient data, pharmacy claims, and clinical data to provide a comprehensive pharmacist-based clinical program. Our clients can outsource their entire MTM program to CSS, license our software to execute and run their own program, or combine licensing and our clinical services to support CMS-mandated or non-mandated MTM initiatives.
