Covenant Woods has been serving the needs of seniors in the Richmond area for more than 130 years. Today, in the beautiful natural environment of our 86-acre campus in Hanover County, we provide an amenities-rich community with extensive programs and services that contribute to the health and independence of those who live here. Covenant Woods is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation led by a volunteer Board. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, the majority of our residents resides in independent living apartments or cottages and lead active lives.
