Corridor’s operational resources allow us to invest in both healthy, growing businesses, as well as more complex situations, particularly those requiring growth support or operational or financial engagement. We prefer to work with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses that have not yet realized the benefits of hands-on, institutional ownership. We are honored that sellers often roll over a meaningful portion of their equity in an effort to benefit from the Corridor approach, giving owners the potential for a subsequent liquidity event after creating significant value together.
