The MCS platform is the most advanced and powerful IT compliance platform to efficiently support, integrate and automate compliance tasks and processes globally. It comprises standard solutions for Compliance Risk Management, Compliance Audit Processes, Business Partner Due Diligence, Permanent Monitoring, High Risk Transactions, Antitrust Compliance (Competitor Contact Register), Gifts & Hospitality, Whistleblowing & Compliance Case Management and more. The building blocks for all our standard solutions are based on the same technology. The frontend, backend and BI & reporting are all based in the same technology foundation. This creates significant efficiencies and synergies. However, due to the modular structure and webservices based architectures it is also possible to connect existing systems to the MCS platform via standard interfaces. Based on our more than a decade lasting experience in compliance and legal, the solutions reflect industry best practices. Our standard turnkey solutions can be set-up and implemented in short-term. Nevertheless, our long-term experience shows that a “one-time-fits-all” approach does not always work in compliance and legal. Of course, the legal requirements apply for all of our customers. The differences we see in practice is due to different organizational structures, processes, staffing, regional footprints, risk appetite or budgets.Against this background, our MCS standard solutions are highly flexible and can be adapted to each separate use case.
