Healthy community.We have 14 locations in Northwest Arkansas:• 5 Medical Clinics : Rogers, Springdale, Siloam Springs, & Fayetteville• 2 Dental Clinics: Rogers & Springdale• 7 School-based Health Centers: Springdale, Fayetteville, Siloam Springs, and Lincoln & Prairie GroveHelping people lead healthy lives by providing healthcare for all in Northwest ArkansasWith 14 locations in Northwest Arkansas, we pursue our mission by addressing the needs of the community near their home with medical clinics in Springdale, Rogers and Siloam Springs; dental clinics in Springdale and Rogers; and school-based health centers in Springdale, Fayetteville, Prairie Grove, Lincoln and Siloam Springs. We deliver care to thousands of patients who would have nowhere else to go for healthcare. No one is turned away, regardless of their ability to pay. We believe that every person should have access to quality primary and prevention care, regardless of household income.
