Clark Investment Group is a private real estate development and investment company based in Wichita, Kansas since 1960. The Clark portfolio includes 9,000,000 square feet of industrial, office, retail and hospitality real estate. With particular expertise in self-storage, Clark has developed over 100 self-storage facilities with more than 65,000 rental units, and is the nation’s largest private source of equity capital for self-storage development. Current business interests span 23 states and Canada, including investments in ethanol production facilities, express car washes, master-planned communities, and various operating businesses.
