Two of South Florida premiere race tracks are located in Hallandale Beach: • Gulf Stream Park, home of the world-class thoroughbred horse racing • Mardi Gras Gaming, which features exciting dog racing action six months a year Hallandale Beach is a community of 37,113 year-round residents, according to the 2010 census. It is a full-service City with its own Police and Fire/Rescue departments.
