Children's Harbor

Children's Harbor is a fully qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization located in Alabama. Our sole purpose is to serve seriously ill children and their families. The original campus is located on Lake Martin in Alexander City, Alabama, with our family Center located at the Benjamin Russell Hospital for Children in Birmingham, Alabama. Our programs are designed to provide social work, education, and support for children with long-term, serious illnesses as well as their families and to provide camping facilities for these children, their families and other children with special needs. Wedding and church camps are also popular at our Lake Martin campus, when the facilities are not being used for specialty illness camps.
