CHI Health at Home, located just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, provides services in Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Nebraska, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington. With nearly 2,600 associates throughout the organization, CHI Health at Home provides five distinct but coordinated home-based health care services, including: Home Care Hospice Home Infusion Therapy Home Respiratory Care Non-Emergency Medical Transportation The partnership and collaboration between these service lines positions CHI Health at Home as a leader in post-hospital home health care. Our continuum allows us to focus on growing into new communities, expanding the services we offer in our current markets, and creating new partnerships with health care providers to improve the health of patients and the community as a whole.
