CGV* Cinemas

PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk was established in 2004 by a group of local investors who have extensive experience in property development, entertainment, and entrepreneurial ventures. CGVblitz provide cinema experience with stadium seat configuration that provides unobstructed view for the audience. The design layout of the cinema has been conducted with the aim of maximizing the space and feel of a cinematic viewing experience. The Company commenced its operations with the opening of CGVblitz Paris van Java, Bandung (?CGVblitz PVJ?) in 2006 . Till date, the Company has developed a total of 7 theaters CGVblitz, including 4 theaters in Jakarta, 1 cinema in Tangerang, 1 cinema in Bekasi and 1 cinema in Bandung, which represents more than 66 auditorium with a seating capacity of 13,500. In 2012, the Company introduced CGVblitz, cinema in collaboration with owners of the local mall. Currently, there are 4 CGVblitz cinema, located in Balikpapan, Batam and Jakarta, representing an additional 18 auditoriums with more than 2,700 seating capacity.
