COVE brings together people, ideas, industry and research to help our community and members to work in new ways. Together, we are a catalyst in creating the world’s next practical, commercial and revolutionary ocean tech advances. Located in Halifax, on the world’s second largest natural harbour, COVE provides a place where start-ups, small and medium enterprises, large businesses, and post-secondary institutions can foster innovation and growth in the ocean sector with common use infrastructure, including prototyping and testing facilities.
