Where Hope Begins Set in the majestic foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Center for Hope of the Sierras provides a tranquil setting that is ideal for healing and recovery. Center for Hope welcome individuals who are suffering from many types of eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder, as well as certain co-occurring disorders. Known for its homelike setting and legacy of excellence in person-centered care, Center for Hope offers residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment to men, women, and adolescents, ages 16 and up (ages 14 and up for PHP/IOP programs). Additionally, Center for Hope is the nation’s only treatment center which offers specialized residential tracks for the complex care of co-occurring diabetes and eating disorders, otherwise known as diabulimia. Center for Hope’s programming consists of a well-balanced and individualized mix of many types of therapeutic modalities, all of which are tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
