Based in Cleveland Ohio, CBRE|Skye Group, is a leading provider of Retail Project Management Services. Skye Group was founded in 2000 and merged with CBRE in 2016. We provide Project and Program Management for clients that include institutional investors, REIT's, private developers, retailers, food & beverage operators and servicers of distressed properties. Our clients include us in all phases of store and shopping center delivery: Due Diligence, Design, Schedule, Permit, Construction Exhibit Negotiations, Entitlement, Construction and Closeout. Past and current projects include national retail new store rollouts and remodels and Construction Management and Tenant Coordination at enclosed malls, lifestyle centers, power centers, outlet centers, airport retail, college campus retail, and public/private partnerships.
