Care in Mind

Care in Mind is a CQC registered mental health and social care provider based in the North West and working across the North of England providing intensive mental health supported residential care for young people and adults aged 16-25 years, often after they leave inpatient or secure services. We have homes in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cheshire, and Wirral. Our skilled residential care teams have specialist mental health training and support 4 - 5 clients in each of our residential homes, which are all situated in pleasant and homely settings. They are supported by a substantive multidisciplinary mental health team including clinical nurse specialists, psychological therapists and psychiatrists, who offer Consultation and Reflective Practice to the residential teams, individual and group work to our clients and 24/7 on-call to support crisis situations and minimise un-necessary inpatient admissions.We also provide step-down semi-independent support packages for young people in community tenancies as well as in their family homes.
