Canonie has experience constructing a variety of projects, including site closures, groundwater/wastewater treatment, conveyance systems, slurry walls, dredging, and capping. Locus Technologies (www.locustec.com) is the successor to Canonie Environmental Services Corp (Canonie), formed in 1948. Locus has been in business in the San Francisco Bay Area since April 1997. However, as the successor to Canonie Environmental Services, formed in 1948, Locus is able to carry forward more than 50 years of outstanding reputation. Through this relationship, Locus has long-standing client relationships, a project history in the San Francisco Bay Area dating back to 1983, and a working relationship with Region IX EPA, RWQCB, BAAQMD, and local regulators that dates back to the early 1980s. Canonie was the first company to apply a hands-on approach and lump-sum constructing to the environmental market.
