Candescent Health was founded by clinical-process engineers and business innovators who design, build, operate and optimize next-generation solutions for health systems and physicians. Our mission is to make healthcare dramatically more efficient and effective by enabling and empowering the providers who are transforming healthcare, starting with radiology. Our cloud-based, software-enabled service allows leading radiology providers to provide care to new places in new ways while optimizing diagnostic performance. By reengineering clinical and workflow processes, Candescent Health is helping to fundamentally transform the radiology care delivery model to improve quality, increase productivity and lower costs. Together with our clients, we are driving the digital transformation of radiology. Once we have solidified that segment, we will tackle the next specialty, and then the next, until the entire healthcare system operates with the efficiency that digital technology makes possible and the efficacy that physicians and patients expect and deserve. Candescent Health grew out of one of the country’s leading radiology providers, Radisphere, where our technology and service concept was developed, tested and proven in over a million cases annually. In early 2015, Candescent Health was born as an independent, venture-backed company. Today, Candescent Health leverages the technology solutions, expertise and experience developed during the past decade to enable leading providers to transform the radiology care delivery model to increase overall healthcare value.
