Caddick Construction Ltd is a family own business that was formed in 1979 by our Chairman Paul Caddick. Since then ‘Caddick Group Plc.’ has gradually evolved and whose diverse activities include property investment and development, construction and civil engineering and the ownership of Headingley Carnegie Stadium, the Leeds Rhinos Rugby League Team and the Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Union Team. Caddick Construction Ltd is the construction and civil engineering arm of Caddick Group Plc. Our head office is based in Knottingley, West Yorkshire where we operate throughout the United Kingdom. Caddick Construction Limited works in a range of Market Sectors including commercial, industrial/ manufacturing /distribution, residential, education, healthcare/ assisted living, retail, leisure, refurbishment and civil engineering. We have received awards for our commitment to quality including the Pinders Healthcare Design award on the Buckshaw Retirement Village in Chorley, Leeds Valley Park office development received the Leeds Architecture Award and in Lincoln the £11million 'The Collection'​ Museum has received a variety of awards including prestigious RIBA and Concrete Society awards. We have also been awarded the RoSPA President’s Award for our outstanding performance in Health and Safety at work. This is awarded after achieving Order of Distinction for 16 consecutive years which is awarded for making significant advances in health and safety over the year.
