Bixal is a woman-owned small business with nearly 20 years of experience working on large-scale digital communications and technology projects for clients at a wide range of US government agencies, nonprofit organizations and multilateral organizations, including HUD, NIH, SEC, USAID, U.S. Treasury, SEC, HHS (ASPA, CMS and NLM), DOL, SBA, DeCA, USAID, Department of Ed., Department of Commerce, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, March of Dimes, and Johns Hopkins University, among others.
