BDL Tool & Die Engineering Ltd has steadily increased machining capacity and capabilities supplying components to the tensioner and motorsport industries as well as Tungsten Carbide Heading and Extrusion Dies to the fastener and aerospace Industries. BDL Tool & Die Engineering Ltd also manufactures low and high volume batch work; tool-room, proto type and development work with experience in specialised materials. BDL Tool & Die Engineering Ltd employs a workforce of 80 fully skilled personnel with over forty years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Our current machining capacity includes waterjet cutting, wire erosion, spark erosion, CNC hard turning in steel and tungsten carbide, CNC turning, CNC milling (3,4 & 5 axis), conventional turning, milling, CNC universal grinding, internal and external grinding, centreless grinding, surface grinding (form dressing units), honing, lapping, shot blasting, welding, folding, fabricating and polishing.
