We currently manage a diverse portfolio in South Central Ontario in excess of 5,000 units. Our clients include condominium corporations, non-profit housing corporations, commercial facilities and residential properties. We strive to provide a personal approach to service excellence. Our team is multi-faceted and our management approach includes the pooling of resources and expertise to provide a set of comprehensive real estate service. Whether its operations, financial reporting, or tenant and resident relations, this comprehensive approach provides a platform for efficiency, accountability and performance.
