Bay Plastics Ltd are plastic stockists, plastic designers and plastic fabricators of semi-finished plastic materials, supplying customers all over the world with quality plastic products, design services and plastic fabrication products at competitive prices. Based in a 3700 sq mtr (40,000 sq ft) building in North Shields in the North East of the United Kingdom, Bay Plastics offers an extensive range of stock complemented by design and fabrication services to accommodate the diverse market for semi-finished plastic products. Since August 2011, substantial investment has been made in extending our building in a new plant, machinery and CAD/CAM capacity including a state of the art Schelling CNC beam saw, thus expanding our capacity and service offering. Bay Plastics can produce full CAD drawings and visuals from a basic sketch or idea and then by using our CAM capability and plastic fabrication skills and equipment, produce finished plastic parts for all of your industrial and commercial applications. We can fulfil all of your professional bespoke plastic manufacturing requirements, from prototypes to batch production runs. Our commitment to service and unrivalled product knowledge enables us to guide you in all aspects of plastic material selection and plastic component design. Bay Plastics main focus is providing an exceptional level of service throughout all of the disciplines that we offer. This is supported by our transport and logistics department which utilises our own fleet of delivery vehicles and third party couriers to ensure rapid delivery of our products and services, locally, nationally and worldwide.
