BAR Architects brings demonstrated expertise in the design and planning of commissions throughout the US and internationally. Our extensive portfolio includes housing projects - custom homes, multifamily, TOD and affordable housing, as well as several award-winning luxury senior residential communities; mixed-use centers; arts and entertainment venues; hospitality - wineries, golf clubhouses and country clubs, hotels and resorts, and restaurants; and retail centers. A certified San Francisco Bay Area Green Business, sustainability is an integral part of our design process. Over 70% of our technical staff are LEED accredited professionals. We have designed projects to all levels of LEED certififcation, including two recently Certified LEED Platinum buildings. Our architects and designers have the knowledge, experience and resources to proactively and collaboratively guide clients toward effective sustainable design solutions.
