PAE, the parent company of ARCH Resources Group LLC was founded in 1993 in Mexico City as a human capital outsourcing company. Since then, PAE has expanded its Payroll Administration, PEO, Social Economic Studies (Background Screening), and Recruiting Selection services, to businesses in Mexico and throughout Peru and now Central America. By utilizing our Intelligent Solutions (IS) services we are able to meet our client’s needs while reducing administrative costs and optimizing their internal processes. With our expansion into Peru and Central America, we now have an international presence, operating through our branch and virtual offices throughout the region, allowing us to offer the largest range of services and benefits to our clients. Achieving international success has been a motivator for us and has opened the door to new markets in the United States.
