AMSUS - The Society Of Federal Health Professionals

AMSUS is a non-profit, membership-based organization that started in 1891 and was chartered by Congress in 1903. We aim to advance the knowledge of healthcare within the federal agencies and to increase the effectiveness of our members. AMSUS is dedicated to all aspects of federal medicine - professional, scientific, educational and administrative. Presently our nearly 8,000 members represent all healthcare disciplines and serve in the Active and Reserve Components of all of the uniformed services as well as the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
