Founded in 1999, ACCESS is a nationally licensed collection agency based in Hunt Valley, MD. Every aspect of how we conduct ourselves is routed in the philosophy that Nice People Collect More™. We offer traditional third party collection services as well as client designed first party programs and our signature HR Recovery Program. Nice People Collect More™ means we patiently work with each customer to resolve their debt resulting in our being “the” agency that receives testimonials instead of complaints. Not only does our philosophy set us apart, but our technologies including educational websites and our Virtual Agent enable us to reach a population that historical methods will not achieve. Additionally, we co-developed AMMIMA Virtual Agent – an avatar based, multi-lingual, application that provides the customer with self-resolution to customers in a first party or third party environment. This application is a win-win in a first party BPO project.
