Yusudi

Yusudi is a social enterprise focused on providing high quality trained interns to SME organisations to contribute to the growth of the organisation and the young person. Through initial training we develop business skills in youth to help them strive in their careers as employees or entrepreneurs. This is implemented through a four month Life Skills Program covering topics such as, but not restricted to: self-management, decision-making, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, networking, business communication. The participants are then placed in one of our partner organisation for a three month internship. We work closely with organisations to ensure we recruit the right interns and train them in skills relevant for their work during the internship. The combination of hands on and experiential workshops with an actual job enables this program to be well rounded and affordable for young graduates and SME organisations.
