Willamette Technical Fabricators is a certified DBE/WBE/MBE fabricated structural metal manufacturing company. We focus on transportation and clean energy infrastructure, including bridges, locks and dams, hydropower, and wind energy, as well as other custom, complex fabrication projects. Our customers include the Departments of Energy, Transportation, & Defense, Army Corps of Engineers, major prime manufacturers and construction contractors, and other local small businesses. Capabilities: Welding of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other exotic metals in any thicknesses, including castings and forgings. We currently have the capability to fabricate structures up to 250 tons, and can perform fracture-critical welding. Large structure machining, such as dam gate sealing surfaces, utilizing portable milling machines. Laser tracking metrology equipment for measuring very large assemblies with accuracies in the thousandths of an inch We have experience applying sophisticated paint systems on any size structure, including vinyl paints, arc spray metalizing, and many other high-end coating systems. Our mechanics are capable of complex machinery assembly, such as eccentric axles for wheeled gates, shrink-fit bearings, spring loaded strut arms, etc. Our direct river access with adjacent rail and highways, we are capable of loading directly onto barge, rail, and truck, for transport anywhere in the US.
