There are 20 individually decorated rooms together with 14 acres of grazed farmland to explore with stunning views of the Gloucestershire countryside. At the very heart of the hotel is the restaurant offering a varied and imaginative menu based on the seasons. The restaurant prides itself on using only products sourced from within a 20 mile radius whenever possible, along with wild food foraged from the hotel grounds and fruit and vegetables from the hotel’s kitchen garden.
