TruArc Partners was established in 2021 as a successor firm to Snow Phipps Group, LLC. We create transformational growth in the middle market by partnering with and supporting high potential companies in the Specialty Manufacturing and Business Services sectors. Since 2005, our experienced team has executed over $2 billion in private equity investments across 20 platform investments and more than 40 add-on acquisitions. The TruArc team continues to manage Snow Phipps portfolio companies while actively seeking new platforms. We take a collaborative, collegial approach that involves working closely with experienced operating partners and strong management teams to invest in multiple organic and inorganic growth opportunities within our portfolio companies.
