The company has advised on the management and disposition of more than $2 billion in nonperforming real estate assets across more than 200 transactions. Roseview is currently investing Roseview Investors Fund I, a separate account with a large corporate pension fund, focused on investments in real estate leased by the federal government in exclusive partnership with one of the leading owner/operators nationwide in the government sector.
