The Publican Group’s core business is the acquisition and operation of a portfolio of quality hospitality venues throughout Australia. Currently the portfolio includes a variety of sites across Victoria and Western Australia. Formed in 2008 by directors John Ahern and Steve Garcia, two entrepreneurs with a solid background in hospitality, marketing, project management and business development, John and Steve share an innovative vision for The Publican Group. The Publican Group specialise in providing a range of hospitality management services, including finance, marketing, human resources, training, kitchen and front of house operations. Whilst providing these services across our own portfolio of venues, The Publican Group also offer consultancy services to external venues. The industry is constantly evolving, in turn The Publican Group are continually pushing the boundaries in an effort to maintain their position as industry leaders. The Publican Group's Victorian portfolio includes State of Grace, Hopscotch, Terra Rossa, The Wharf Hotel and Melbourne Events Group venues: River's Edge Events and The Park. The Western Australian portfolio includes The Aviary, The Guildford Hotel, Public House and Wolf Lane.
