The Fine Art Group is the market-leading art investment and advisory house, offering a discreet, expert service for collectors and investors. The Fine Art Group (“The Group”) was founded by Philip Hoffman in 2001 to develop and oversee investment vehicles, opening up the art market to clients with a view to investing as well as collecting. The Group has grown from operating one long-term investment fund, The Fine Art Fund, to advising six subsequent funds, offering expert art advice, collection management and art financing to collectors. The Group offers a discreet and transparent service independent of auction houses, dealers and galleries, providing an unbiased and client focused approach to the art market. The art team’s expertise covers Western Art from 1500 to today with particular emphasis on Impressionism, Surrealism, Modern and Contemporary art, and draws on a wide network of international experts, institutions and collectors.
