This allows us to focus on finding the very best role and industry for our candidates, and person for our clients. When selecting candidates, our baseline is outstanding academics. Once we’ve established this, we spend our time ensuring that they are the right personal fit for our client. Raw intellect, as well as charisma and ambition, are our priorities. Our network is built on human relationships and a strong belief in the symbiotic nature of our work with candidate and client. By taking the time to get to know both parties, on a deeper level, we are able to deliver better insight, compatibility and long-term results. To support this, we place our two founders, Richard Taylor and Chris Jones, at the heart of each process. Both have over a decade of senior management experience and have an understanding of the position of client, candidate and recruiter.
