The MISSION of Talbott Legacy Centers (TLC) is to address the substance use and overdose epidemic through a holistic approach to evidence-based healing. The Patricia Hall Talbott Legacy Centers, LLC (TLC) is a member-managed limited liability company headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee currently operating and/or establishing comprehensive, outpatient treatment programs for substance use and/or mental disorders in Eastern Tennessee, Northern Georgia, and surrounding areas of need. As part of TLC’s ongoing commitment to quality, compliance, and best practices, all TLC locations and programs apply for, obtain, and maintain accreditation through The Joint Commission under the behavioral healthcare standards manual.
