The 440 is not just a run club. The 440 is open to anyone, any age, any size, any speed. All you need is a pair of sneakers, a smile, and be willing to put one foot in front of the other. The 440 is about just turning up and having a walk or run. We love the 440 and the community that we have created, and we want to share it with the world. We have set a goal… We want 1 million people having fun with us each week. Our Passion is helping people ‘get started’ again and helping improve people’s general level of fitness.
