A leading consultant in urban solutions. Strelka KB provides a link between city administrations, businesses, and citizens in addressing urban development issues. The company's most important task is to create new opportunities for realising socially significant urban development projects. Strelka KB has managed to introduce the most modern international approaches into practice in improving Moscow’s urban landscape. In 2015, the company won an open competition to oversee the realisation of the city program “My Street” — the largest urban landscaping project in the city's history. The standards KB specialists developed for improving Moscow's streets and public spaces have been adopted by the City of Moscow as a guide for the reconstruction of about 3,000 streets in the capital. Strelka KB is working on projects on the city's main streets: Tverskaya, Novy Arbat, the Garden Ring, and the Boulevard Ring — essentially reconstructing the core of Moscow. Another focus area is developing models, concepts, and projects to create the most important elements of the city's social infrastructure. Currently, a new model for schools developed by KB is being integrated in New Moscow and Irkutsk. Under the guidance of experts, a new type of medical clinic is being built in Moscow. Strelka KB organises design competitions for Zaryadye Park, the National Centre for Contemporary Arts, the Polytechnic Museum, Lomonovsov Moscow State University, the International Financial Centre in Rublyovo-Arkhangelskoye, new Moscow metro stations Solntsevo and Novoperedelkino, the Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Centre at Tel Aviv University, and many others. For several years, Strelka KB acted as the program director for the Moscow Urban Forum. Strelka KB published several research papers: “Strategic Master Plan: A Management Tool for the Future” (2014), “How to build New Moscow” (2015), and “Modern Architectural Policy as a Driver of Moscow’s development” (2016).
