Our story began many years ago with a vision of creating a business with core values that transpire through. Following years of front line experience in the luxury retail industry across both shop floor and recruitment, it became apparent that great personable service was often spoken of but rarely delivered. With this in mind, Brother and Sister duo Stephanie and Christopher Jackson decided that the gap in the market was to be filled with a family business that could meet expectations and exceed them. So, in 2017 SJR was born in the spare bedroom of Stephanie's North London flat. After a whirlwind success of their first year, they moved into their first office. Fast forward to the present day, and SJR have now moved again to larger premises and employ a team of 6 and have a growing database of over 2000 of the markets best candidates! Here at SJR, our ultimate aim is to become an extension of our client's businesses. We work together as a partner rather than a supplier by fully immersing ourselves in our clients' vision and values, enabling us to determine and understand our clients' needs. Our consultative and transparent approach runs throughout our business and ensures that our client and candidates feel that we are working solely for them.
