We are Speciality Breads, traditional artisan bakers to the food service industry. We are the UKs only fully Red Tractor accredited bakery, running nut and sesame free bakeries and making over 60 breads registered with The Vegan Society. We offer friendly customer service and while we sell directly to wholesalers we’re more than happy to send out samples of our bread to anyone in the food service industry who requests them. Our approach to baking is very simple, we bring together the best elements of traditional baking skills and modern food trends to create stunning breads and sweet bakery products, with innovation and creativity at the heart of our business. All our products are frozen within 90 minutes of baking to preserve freshness and reduce food waste. We love what we do, and we think that you can taste that in our products. Everything we produce is Red Tractor certified from field to plate, carefully sourcing our key ingredients, flour and rapeseed oil, from local Red Tractor certified farms. We’ve worked with our flour supplier, Marriages, for many years and think the combination of our bakers’ hand-crafting skills and their award-winning British flour make the heart and soul of our artisan bread.
