Smiling Mind

Smiling Mind is a not-for-profit organisation that works to make mindfulness meditation accessible to all. Our vision is to see mindfulness meditation on the Australian National Curriculum by 2020. Our mission is to provide accessible, life-long tools based in mindfulness meditation. Smiling Mind has four key focus areas: 1. General wellbeing programs: These are age-specific Individual Programs for 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18 and Adults. These are available free online via website and app. All meditations are guided and start from five minutes in length. 2. Smiling Mind in the Classroom: The Smiling Mind Education Programs are mapped to the curriculum and designed to support educators to bring mindfulness into the classroom. Mindfulness in the Workplace: Tailored to the modern working environment, the Workplace Program uses a specific workplace meditations, workshops an online resources that focus on building concentration, boosting productivity and supporting healthy minds.
