Smart Lighting was founded in 2011, and entered the market as and ESCO, providing retrofit solutions to the hospitality sector, exclusively. As an ESCO, we had great success and worked with some great groups, both on the end user side and the manufacturing side. Smart Lighting was given the distinction of "Most Valuable Market Partner" by ConEdison and we are still a market partner to this day. Smart Lighting provides many services from the design phase, to procurement, and even construction admin.
