Simply Fit Food was founded in 2016 because we wanted to inspire healthier living by providing the choice of real food that doesn’t compromise on taste, quality or convenience. Our story began in January 2016 when Luke (co-founder) was diagnosed with a heart condition called Wolf Parkinson’s White or better known as an irregular heart beat. His recovery took months and as a result his diet was key to getting him back in shape while still ensuring he received the best nutrition possible. Our co-founders, Luke & Evelyn are massively into fitness and eating well. They train 5-6 days a week mixing it up with gym sessions, kick-boxing and running. But because they were so busy training & working they found it almost impossible to find healthy, nutritious meals & snacks while on-the-go. Luke & Evelyn realized there were so many other time poor, health conscious people in need of a quick and healthy option at breakfast, lunch & dinner & this was the catalyst for establishing the brand. Through enabling healthier choices, we’re helping to build a community that embraces a healthier, fitter lifestyle, while still living life to the full. We're providing healthier, on-the-go meals, power bowls & snack products to fulfill our customers throughout every stage of their day.
