We provide education, lending services, and investment opportunities for our clients. The funding arm of SIC provides financial products with properties held in our portfolio as collateral. Our clients have a number investment opportunities to choose from, including: • High Yield Fund II. This fund is for accredited investors with a minimum investment of $50K • Circle of Wealth Fund III. This fund is open to all investors, with a minimum initial contribution of $1K • Mortgage Notes. Our lending arm offers investors the opportunity to purchase whole notes on single properties, with the investor receiving interest payments on those loans.
