We believe in the people of Northwest Arkansas, its boundless beauty and economic vitality. Our homes are designed to enhance the beauty of Northwest Arkansas’ natural surroundings and to positively impact our community. In order to ensure our floorplans capture the modern Northwest Arkansas family’s needs and desires, we spent the extensive resources to design all of our plans from scratch. We decided to name our neighborhood Averie Estates in honor of our oldest daughter, Averie Isabella Owen. Averie had a gentle soul and brought a smile to everyone’s face as soon as she caught their eye. One of Averie’s favorite things were flowers, especially pink ones, so keep an eye out and you will notice pink flowers around Averie Estates in memory of her. Averie lost her life in a drowning accident when she was 17 months old but her spirit lives on in the beauty you see all around you and in the hearts of all who knew her.
