San Mateo County Health Foundation

San Mateo County Health Foundation is dedicated to building strong communities. Governed by an enthusiastic board of directors, we are dedicated to partnering with San Mateo Medical Center by providing a steady stream of funds that are used to support innovative and patient-centered programs in San Mateo County’s healthcare system. We are a private, self-supporting 501 (c) 3 non-profit benefit organization. Our funding comes from generous and compassionate donors, including community members, foundations, corporations and civic organizations. We receive in-kind donations from community groups and supporters. The Foundation operating costs are largely covered by San Mateo Medical Center, so that donor dollars go directly to program.
