Creating college opportunities, access, and success for our community since 1989. | The San Antonio Education Partnership (SAEP) was established in 1988 by a group of San Antonio city leaders. Mayor Henry Cisneros gathered an integral group of education innovators representing the City of San Antonio, leaders of the local colleges and universities, superintendents of the local school districts, Communities Organized for Public Services (COPS), and Metro Alliance. This group worked together to create an organization that gave and continues to give at-risk students the tools to successfully navigate the process of applying and enrolling in postsecondary studies.
