RHG is a multi-site primary care clinic operator focused on expanding primary care access in medically underserved areas and rural communities.  Through our professional partnerships with rural providers, we utilize leading technologies and innovative clinical practices to enhance care delivery.  Americans living in rural communities have perpetually faced a variety of access barriers to high quality, convenient, and affordable primary care services. The providers who serve these patients have the odds stacked against them – something we seek to change. RHG was founded in 2022 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. RHG has partnered with Kinderhook Industries, a leading private equity firm, to fulfill our mission.
