Rocket Community Fund

In 2010, Quicken Loans moved its headquarters and 3,600 team members from suburban Detroit to the heart of downtown. Since then, the Rock Family of Companies has grown to include more than 18,000 team members in downtown Detroit, as well as offices in Cleveland, Charlotte, and Phoenix. As our numbers have grown, so has our commitment to doing well by doing good. The Rocket Community Fund was created to harness the incredible power of our organization and find innovative ways to make an impact in each of our home communities. Through our investments, we believe we can create value not only for our business but for everyone. The mission of the Rocket Community Fund is to support inclusive, thriving and resilient communities by making data-driven investments in housing, employment, and public life. Housing We're committed to ensuring individuals have the opportunity for safe and affordable housing and to build wealth through homeownership. Employment We're committed to creating pathways to employment and economic self-sufficiency through investments in education, job training and entrepreneurship. Public Life We're committed to increasing access to safe, inclusive public spaces and events that build economic and social resiliency and spark bonds between people, place and culture.
