A second site, Royal Warwick Square, Kensington, was acquired the following year and announced in July 2019. St Edward is carrying out the development of Royal Warwick Square – and the project has become one of London’s most prestigious addresses. The sale of 190 homes in two separate buildings to Riverstone will see the creation of 86 homes in one building and 104 homes in another for sale as up-market retirement living accommodation.
